Ray McGuire is a freelance web designer and owner of RM Website Designs, a home-based business. He is from Spokane Valley, Washington, and now lives in Pêra, Portugal. Ray has more than a decade of technical experience, including work as a Programmer Analyst and Network Administrator at Ciber, Inc. He has also run a web design business in Vancouver, Washington. Ray served 21 years in the U.S. Army Reserves and is now retired. His wife, Brenda McGuire, contributes to the business as a partner.
