Ray McGuire serves as a Freelance Web Designer at RM Website Designs, operating a home-based sole proprietorship. Originally from Spokane Valley, Washington, Ray now resides in Pêra, Portugal. With over a decade of experience as a Programmer Analyst and Network Administrator at Ciber, Inc., Ray also managed a web development business in Vancouver, Washington. Having transitioned from Adobe Muse to WordPress for site design, Ray brings a diverse technical background to each project. Additionally, Ray is a retired member of the U.S. Army Reserves with 21 years of service. Brenda McGuire, his wife, also contributes as a business partner.
